Lemon Butter Sauce

1 lemon, juiced and zested
1 shallot chopped
1 Garlic clove, diced
1/4 t black pepper
1/4 cup white wine
1/4 cup heavy cream
1/4 # butter, softened

In saucepan, add lemon zest, juice, black pepper, garlic, shallots and white wine. Place over medium heat and reduce by 3/4. Add heavy cream and cook until it thickens. Remove from heat, slowly whisk in softened butter, strain, season with salt and pepper.
