Greg's Fall-off-the-Bone Ribs

Serves four
Ingredients:
2 full stabs of baby back ribs
Store bought Mojo marinade or store bought sour orange juice or 2 parts orange juice, 1 part lime juice, 1 part lemon juice, 1 part cider vinegar. Billy bones BBQ rub, Danny's Baldheaded Sauce, Mesquite chunks.
Procedure:
Remove membrane from back of each slab. Marinade in mojo over night. Rub with Billy Bones to taste. Cook for 3 hours at 250 degrees indirectly. After 3 hours,wrap tightly in aluminum foil cook for another 3 hours. Gently remove the ribs from foil, mob with Danny's,and cook on grill for 20 minutes. Let rest for 20 minutes and serve.
